Welcome to Schumann Robert Piano

Schumann Robert is a classically trained pianist who has been playing the piano since the age of three, first learning under the guidance of his father, a choir and music director in Boston. Growing up in a deeply musical family, Schumann began accompanying his father's choir at the age of six, performing in churches across Boston, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Montreal throughout his youth.  In 2017, he attained his Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance from the University of Arkansas, where he studied under acclaimed pianists Jura Margulis and Claudia Burson. ​

Throughout his musical journey, Schumann has taught private and group piano lessons at various institutions in the Northwest Arkansas area, including the University of Arkansas Community Music School, Arkansas Arts Academy, and Northwest Arkansas Community College, where he served as an Adjunct Piano Professor. In addition, he has worked as an accompanist for soloists and ensembles and has directed choirs throughout the Northwest Arkansas region.
